Principal of Core Performance Consulting, Peter Cullen, CPA, provides consulting services to business owners and their closely held companies, including Accounting and Financial Reporting, Business Forecasting and Financial Planning, Operational Assessment and Auditing, Strategies for Cost Reduction and Containment, Risk Assurance and Compliance, and Connecting Businesses with Lenders. Peter has ten years of financial and operational management experience in private industry, and nine years of Big-6 public accounting experience in the areas of audit, tax and business systems consulting. As New Dimension Software, Inc.'s Controller, Peter developed the internal control, business contracting, sales forecasting, software revenue recognition and financial reporting and analyses policies and processes for this fast growing developer of systems management software solutions. He was promoted to VP of Finance and Administration, and then to VP of Contract Administration and Business Development. During Peter's tenure, New Dimension grew from a privately held $5 million a year in revenue organization in 1993, to a $100 million a year publicly held NASDAQ firm in 1999, with sales offices in fifteen states and five hundred employees worldwide.
